In 1947, Piergiovanni Noferini engaged in the first SIVA activities, which included disinfestation and deratization. Since the beginning, Piergiovanni showed its interest in his employees’ safe and in the high quality of the services that he proposed.

Today, SIVA is a modern and qualified company, also thanks to the partnerships with the main public authorities and to its skilled crew. For more than seventy years, SIVA has developed a great competence in dealing with pigeons in urban areas; removal of birds; woodworm treatments and fight against termites. SIVA got UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN 16636:2015 certifications for these services. Since its opening, SIVA has kept a focus on improving its services. SIVA took many decisions in order to achieve this goal:

Dal suo esordio SIVA ha posto come suo obbiettivo il continuo miglioramento delle sue prestazioni; per conseguirlo, la società di igiene e cura ambientale ha stabilito di:
• sottoporre ad audit di certificazione di parte terza il proprio Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità; • addestrare il personale attraverso un programma di formazione costantemente aggiornato;
• consolidare il rapporto di collaborazione/integrazione con clienti e fornitori;
• ricercare un rapporto ottimale tra costi e qualità del servizio, in un’ottica concorrenziale.
